Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

The cost of shipping is based on the weight, type and destination of your order. We have endeavoured to keep shipping as affordable as possible. A shipping calculator can be found on the cart page. Our primary method is shipping is Inter express (cold delivery) or Speed delivery like La la move or Grab and International delivery like DHL service. We also use a variety of other transport carriers for particular items and regions. Delivery time is 2-7  business days unless otherwise advised. For international orders please contact us to discuss options. 

DELIVERY

Parcels returned to us as unclaimed are subject to additional postage charges for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Unsigned delivery is available for most of our product range. Some products may not be eligible for unsigned delivery and if this is the case our Customer Service team will advise you by email and / or phone.

At Dermamate we take great care with packing and dispatching our orders, however occasionally accidents or errors do happen. Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service (Line official or whatsapp) within 48 hours of your parcel being received. Missing Parts will be supplied free of charge within 7 calendar days of Derma-mate being notified.

Faulty products may be returned for a full refund providing we are unable to supply missing parts within 7  calendar days of Derma-mate being notified.

RETURNS

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, unopened and intact.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage charges for returning your item. These postage charges are not refundable, nor are any postage charges on the initial order from your purchase.

Some of our products are shipped direct from our suppliers. In a situation where a 'change of mind' has occurred, a restocking fee may be applicable on top of any return postage fees.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
